The person working here was extra nice and gave us samples to try. The cool thing about this ice cream place is they have sofas overviewing the outside which is simply unique. It’s a humble place and I had a decent experience. We got the pistachio ice cream which was so good and not too sweet.

Friendly service with lovely looking and tasting Gelato. Spacious area with a good variety of board games and seating arrangements. might want to share your scoop - they're kinda pricey, but good size per scoop and tasty!

The place so cool and the ice cream is delicious The inside is so clean , i test couple of ice cream flavors, it’s great test and I choose the pistachio ice cream. It’s amazing absolutely perfect. But only issue is little bit pricey ,but if you need a real ice cream sometimes it will be pricey too ,so for me I like it I recommended to the people they love the ice cream, the Service is perfect very friendly.

Ate here this afternoon and spent $56 on five singles. I will say all of our treats were good, but the customer service was not. I went up to the register to ask the man working if he could fill up my 1.5 year old daughter’s sippy cup with water from the sink. He said he wasn’t able to due to cross contamination and they aren’t allowed to take anything over the counter. That I should “instead go to the bathroom to fill up her cup because it’s the same water”. Now, I understand if you’re not able to accept anything due to “cross contamination” but why couldn’t he just give me a small cup of water for her after spending almost $60? Will not be back.

The gelato is good and the portions are generous but the exorbitant prices kinda ruined it for us when we paid. $32 for 3 scoops. The presentation was plain, so that didn't justify it. We paid less in New York and Miami this year and got fresh fruit and shaved dark chocolate garnishes. It says they've been in business since 2007, so I guess the folks in Hot Springs are accustomed to paying that much. We are not.
