I was searching for blueberry muffins and cinnamon buns. They did have it, but they had protein brownies and shake options Sugar and Gluten Free. This is a healthy location right near Planet Fitness.

Family orientated Protein house. Clean, relaxing, parking lot in the back so you don't have to pay to park or fight for spots. They make the best protein bowls. I am always greeted with kindness, a hug, and great beautiful smiles. Thank you.

Protein shakes were super tasty 😋 Had tons of choices to choose from. We also had the protein waffle with pesto and would definitely recommend. Customer service was 10/10 super attentive and friendly

Cozy health cafe offering high protein waffles, crepes, teas/coffees, shakes, and more. I had the delicious dolce waffle which in addition to the high protein comes with fruit. The iced chai is lovely. My companion had the savory salty waffle and a berry protein shake, both of which he greatly enjoyed. We are happy to have found this gem.
