Dollar General

Got to the front to check out and a man was already waiting. The cashier behind the counter said I’m sorry I just clocked out for lunch and proceeded to go sit in the office. Roughly 5 mins passed before the next store associate came up from th back to check us out. She was not aware that no one was up front. She did apologize for our wait. I wonder how easy it would be for people to steal from this location considering no one was watching the front of the store or the register.

Gabby was great on Saturday 12/20/2025, I had to return items because of some issues, there were two cashiers when I walked up Gabby and the other, the other knew I was returing and Gabby was dealing with a coupon customer. After she finished from her customer she left to lunch with five other people in line behind me with carts full. I understand having to take a lunch but there was no one in line when I walked in. I feel like she should have got a few people rang up before leaving, also the self checkout wasnt operational for customers to use.

The male manager and other man cashier didn't want to fix any mistakes or validate things to correct prices, their just isn't any point at all tryin to talk to them cuz they simply just don't care even if you show them proof of things they still want to argue with you and tell you their isn't anything I can do about it when all actuality its more like I don't care and deal with it. My 5/25 didnt come off on the first one and my 2nd one my 5/30 for gain didnt come off either so I lost out on $10 because they didn't want to deal with me or the fact their system was having problems they just wanted to get us out of their as quickly as possible, their store was a huge mess I could not find hardly any thing I needed I had on my list. I was nothing but nice as can be and polite to them I don't u

I shop at Dollar General a lot. Its close to home. And I can normally get in and out pretty quickly.

Had everything I needed from dog food to paper towels. Lots of quick food items. Good, quick place to shop!
