Went today to purchase guava pastelitos. Was told they were out but they had a different type of guava pastry. I purchased 3. Turned out 1. No guava at all. 2. Gave me a different type (coconut). Daughter is allergic to nuts, thank God I saw it before she touched it. Called to complain, owner’s wife took the call. Didn’t like the complaint, so she hung up on me. Great Customer Service. Avoid this place. Arcos and Lyndhurst Bakery are better options.

I would like to take a minute and thank this wonderful establishment for doing an amazing job in making our Baby Shower a special occasion! The cake was the star of the show and received so many compliments. In addition to the frosted pretzels and cookies, I couldn't ask for anything more. Small little bakery has a lot of options for sweets.Cookies,flan,danishes, cakes coffee..spanish dishes prices fair and it's pretty good would recommend

I been coming to this establishment for years. I moved away and still came here. I noticed over the year the service has gone down significantly. Truly a shame because this was one of the best places in kearny in my opinion. Similar to some reviews, I got the wrong order and I called to remediate the issue and the lady who picked up hanged up on me. I called again and they hanged up again. If the staff is rude or slow when placing an order, make sure you double check before leaving. The incompetence is ridiculous

I came on two separate occasions to buy a $28 cake and I’ve been disappointed twice. The first time the cake was dry and hard as a rock. When I went the second time I asked them if the cake was made on the same day and they told me it was fresh. Unfortunately I purchased a tres leche cake and it was absolutely dry and not worth the $28. Never going here again.
