We have been coming here for years but what a Dissapointment this restaurant has become. The prices are expensive, the food is average, the service is OK, and the appearance of the restaurant is sad, run down, and looks like they don't care at all how disgusting it has become. We will be passing this restaurant up until they can take some pride in their establishment. I'm so sorry they have let it come to this. Try another place. PS... The lasagna I ordered was SOOOOO SALTY! It tasted like someone had tripled the salt needed for the recipe. Wow, I could melt ice with the cold lasagna. I hope the owner will take control of the situation and bring this place back to what it used to be, please!

The roast beef sandwich is very salty to the point of not edible. The seafood pasta is very soupy for some odd reason, luckily the taste is not bad. Hence the 2 star. The setting is ok for a casual dinner. But for sure would not go again especially have to drive almost an hour to go there l.

Drive through asks you to tip, but almost like its common practice and suggestive. For pushing food out the window. My wife did tip, because shes nice, but yea we were both confused. Additionally, was charged a service fee for the transaction. I haven't ever experienced this anywhere else in which im doing take out let alone a drive through. Hoping they make an hourly wage that doesn't necessitate tips to make it worth while. I did enjoy my Italian steak sandwich.

Food is great! But this location really should train their staff on consistency, providing what is ordered and paid for along with better customer service! My cheese lasagna wasn’t even 1/2 full w/sauce - I ordered 2 garlic toast- they took one order & cut in 1/2 & told me it was 2 orders…. More than happy to pay for the order but would like to not feel cheated.

Last time we came here, the chicken sandwich we got was cold and tasted burnt. It was taken back and reheated instead of being remade (the sandwich had a bite taken out of it and came back with the same bite... ). The food was also bland. Also, their food permits were out of date when we went. We visited June 2025 and their permits were dated for 2023.
