Ordered chicken, bacon, BBQ sauce and got chicken, pepperoni with Alfredo. When I called back after being put on hold by Angie who has an extremely snotty nasty attitude was told it would be a long while for them to deliver the pizza I ordered since I "live so far away" it's 7 minutes! I haven't ordered from them in at least 6 months because the food is always wrong. I wouldn't even be mad about it if she at any point apologized but instead was just rude and had an attitude from the second I told her my pizza was wrong.
Ordered from Domino's expecting a delicious pizza, but was met with disappointment. The pizza was dry and lacked flavor. When I arrived none of the employees working. I assume this place is ran by a complete goofball. Even after speaking with the manager, the issue remained unresolved. Won't be ordering from Domino's again. If you need to eat and want something you can eat this is not the choice you should make.
Ordered pizza at 11:40 am on 10/30. It went out for delivery as I was going back from lunch at 1:06 pm. Its midday on a Thursday. Tried to call the local store to see if they were short on drivers and could I just come get it, spent 20 min on hold, never spoke to a person. Not a great experience. Really inconvenient to have to stop work to go meet the pizza guy then either eat while on the clock or wait til last break and eat cold pizza. The experience has been less than ideal. Just spend a little more and get ginos or some other pizza joint in town. Dominoes is not it.
This is the first bad thing I have to say about the astoria dominoes.... I was on my way home and bummed cause I was hungry and nothing was gonna be open then I saw that dominoes was open, it was maybe 1120 pm, so I went in and ordered and already I could tell these guys, regular employees, just wanted to leave, I get it I'm a cook too, but seriously maybe don't cuss in Front of customers that already know you just don't want to help them... that's not even the issue, when I opened my loaded chicken, it was pathetic, it wasn't even half the size it normally is , it waa.almost to the half way mark of the box it was in!
Good pizza, service was ok. Guy standing in the back on his phone was bothersome. But otherwise they got me my pickup order handed to me in less than two minutes.
