Domino's Pizza

Horrible experience!!!! Ordered it for delivery and yet I’m having to go pick it up!!!! After a hard day I just wanted to relax. I’m furious

Food wasn’t done when it said it would be, customer service help from employees was awful, seen a few people ask for a refund back due to orders not being done. Rushed on getting food out of oven. Will not order again from this location.

Was getting the pineapple pizza before work for my self and coworkers. The time frame for it to be done was accurate. I did wait in lobby typical 20’s generation blasting there music(rap) that I did not care to listen too. The service was fair. Will I go back. No. The pizza was ok. I did ask for extra pineapples so it was good.

I often order from Domino's in the Tennessee valley- Fayetteville, Huntsville, Pulaski, and when I travel for work, so I'm fairly familiar with the menu and ordering. I was in Athens the other night and thought I might pick up pizza on the way home so I decided to order my usual via smart phone. Imagine my surprise to find out that my usual order was $1.50 more a pizza using their 2 topping medium $6.99 pizza coupon at this location. I tried over and over again to get it to apply the coupon properly. Finally I just called to place my order thus negating my free pizza points. I was tired and hungry. The lady I spoke with informed me that my additional cost was due to either "premium meat" or change from basic pizza sauce to "premium sauce". There is some fine print I'm sure somewhere

The # that forward calls to needs to be shut down!!! I've NEVER EVER had but 1 order be right when the dumb computer takes my order & I've had to order about q5-20 times from it. I ask for thin crust & got thick this time. Most of the time I dont even get my whole order. Online is better than the customer service order line thing. It is worthless.
