Domino's Pizza

Customer service could use more work. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. They’re the only dominoes on Long Island that have the bread bowl option if you want the bread bowl. The pasta didn’t taste cooked all the way. There wasn’t a lot of the toppings that I asked to put in it just a little bit. It would have been better if they put a little bit more.

we went to go get a pizza but when we got there, the building was closed completely? it says they close at 1am and we got there at 9pm but it looked abandoned. the lights were off and no cars were there. not sure what happened but it was odd.

Walking home from the store we decided to to a Carry-0ut order. Arrived home ready to eat only to open the box to very burnt think crust and slightly burnt tots. Called the store to complain after being on hold for 8 min I was disconnected, called back after 8 min on hold I spoke with the manger who said it was my fault because I ordered the thin crust and hung up on me. I took by burnt pizza and went back to the store, the manger asked what I wanted so I opened the box and asked him if he would serve this to his family . Others in the store agreed the pizza was definitely burned but the manager insisted it was because I ordered the thin crust. After a few exchange of words he said he would make me a new pizza. I no longer wanted anything from this location but a refund. With an attitude

I mean like? Bacon? No black olives? How hard is it?

I personally have only been inside a handful of times, so I don’t really know how the atmosphere inside the place is nor how the people are. I usually order through the Domino’s app and it always arrives on time and is hot and fresh. They have never gotten my order wrong (it’s usually the same items anyway) and it always taste super good. I’ve been a long time customer and I honestly can’t complain. The service is always on time and the food is always made exactly to my order, never had any mix ups.
