Domino's Pizza

We ordered a few pizzas the night of 11/14/25 and received one with some strange dirt ball looking thing on the pizza. See the photos attached. It looked like a ball of dirt and roots from a plant, it was bigger than a quarter. It looks like it was not baked into the pizza, it was placed on top. It was shedding dirt all over the pizza and was on about 3 slices total. We called and the man on the phone was extremely rude and insinuated we were lying. We offered to send photos to show them what was on the pizza, or if he wanted to send a driver out we could show the driver. He told us he would NOT refund us, but he would replace the pizza if it was A WHOLE pizza. We couldn't do that because 2 slices were eaten before we noticed (it was a mushroom pizza so it blended in at first glance). He

I ordered online. I meant to order it for a later time, not right now. I called the store right away. They hung up on me the first time. The second time, I explained it to them. They said it was already done... it doesn't take 5 minutes to make a pizza. Now I've lost money as I'm stuck at work. Esther fix the app make it easier or tell the employee don't lie.

Have gone to this dominoes location more times then I can count, and never have had a bad experience, until today. I ordered a pizza around 11:30pm and when I got home with it I took my first bite, all I tasted was raw dough. After realizing my pizza was fully raw I called the store and was told “there’s nothing I can do about it” and “you can bring the pizza back and we’ll cook it more” was denied a refund and was told it’s “not my problem”. Safe to say I will never go back

I called to tell them I wont be able to pick up my order because I have no car and I was yelled at. He said it had been ten minutes, but that was wrong. Order was placed at 6:10, called at 6:15, only one minute long call so only six minutes could have passed. Ill never go there again they ignore you at the counter when I can see my pizza sitting there. They are very rude there. They will not help you!

Great! I know the New General Manager of Domino's pizza,Bristol Location . He is bristol residence, I know him long time very well and nice personality. We ordered domino"s food almost every week . Most of time my kids pick up food From the store. He always take care my kids. Thank you New general manger
