Domino's Pizza

Request requested pizza to have no garlic on the crust Due to being highly allergic to garlic, and I still received a garlic on my pizza when I called, I spoke to a nice lady that told me they could remake my pizza anytime. I wanted as long as I had the phone number associated with my order when I called back, I spoke to a very disrespectful gentleman that claimed he was the manager. I have been dealing with Domino's for years and has never Received this type Service. Still did not receive a remake on my order it was told by the manager there is nothing he can do, but he is able to see my order.

I really hate to do this, and I am making clear that the delivery drivers are always friendly and prompt, so this is not on them. The issue is with training and quality control. There is zero care in how a pizza is cut and it makes it difficult to share when the cut is up to six inches off center every time we order. This has been consistent the past three times we have ordered. This is a complete lack of care, and I get it, it's just a job, the boss doesn't care about you, but you got to carry yourself with some dignity and show a little bit of pride in what you are doing. You are only making yourself miserable and causing customers to leave creating job instability. So if you are not happy, move on to something else that may be more fitting that you can have dignity in doing.

4 HOURS to deliver 2 medium pizzas & bread bites??? Tipped and everything. Had to call every hour on the hour from 6pm to 10pm only to be lied to each time about the order & "Dominosplained" that my order was already delivered 3 hours & 30 minutes ago. Then, somehow miraculously on the last call the food was ready and driver arrived in 15 mins. I paid a generous tip and all that. Meanwhile, hungry kids, ruined evening, because Domino's employees felt like screwing with customers. Well, you'll never have to worry about me as a customer again. Ya'll got it ✌🏾.

Why do you have drivers driving for you that do not know how to drive. Whoever the driver is that drives the goldish silver older model Toyota needs to be working in the store instead of on the road because they don't seem to understand the driving laws of Georgia...... For example, did you know it is illegal to drive in a way where you are impeding the flow of traffic (it's called the slowpoke law)? That's exactly what he is doing when he drives 15 mph under the speed limit on a two-lane road where you can't pass him...... He had an entire line of cars stacked up behind him and he did not care at all, and there were no houses around so he was not looking for an address... Being a safe driver is one thing, but he is inconveniencing people and if he cannot handle driving the speed limit wit

I had an amazing experience at this Domino's pizza store. The staff was very friendly and my order was ready on time. I order the 3 Cheese Loaded Tater Tots with a side of marinara sauce. I really enjoyed this dish. I also ordered the plain 8-pc bone in wings with 2 different sauces for dipping. The wings were done just the way I like them. I love that they do not charge for extra sauce. If you need parmesan cheese it will be an extra charge. This store has late hours on Saturdays. You can order in person, online/phone, and they deliver. Join the rewards program on the app and get 10 points per order on the app. After you get 60 points you'll get a free pizza.
