Domino's Pizza

This dominoes continues to steal from me. Whenever i order with card they add extra charges after i already made my purchase and had food delivered. I usually can afford it enough to either not notice or not care to call. Well last night they turned my 2 medium $6.99 pizzas - a delivery that costed a total of $29 including tips and fees and they updated it to $65. I called the store and their exact words were it doesnt show up on their end so its not their problem, take it up with the bank. Well actually it’s multiple banks and this dominoes store is the only place i ever purchase from that constantly updates my prices way after services and often times excessively. Calling and getting that attitude really was my last straw. Its had to have been over a hundred if not hundreds of dollars ju

If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered from them for Halloween dinner and I waited nearly two hours for my food no apology or anything. I understand it was busy but they lied several times about the time our food was going to be ready. They really need to handle their service a little bit better.

This place sucks! I ordered 2 pizzas and they were both wrong so I called and got a manager named Stephen who said he would send out the right ones and told me to give a pizza back and keep one for the inconvenience. I waited 3 hours and no pizza so I called and they said they were busy so the just credit a pizza to my account. Nobody even called me . I was sitting around waiting for my pizza that never came. I asked why they only gave me credit for one pizza when I paid for two and they said the best they could do was give me 50% off my next purchase. The pizzas are all 50% right now anyway.

Domino’s never disappoints! From the moment I placed my order to the last bite, everything was spot-on. The delivery was quick, the food arrived hot and fresh, and the order was 100% accurate. The pizza had the perfect crust—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside—with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. I tried the garlic parmesan bites and wings too, and they were chef’s kiss delicious. What I really appreciate is how consistent Domino’s is, no matter the location. Whether I’m ordering late night or for a party, they always come through. The app makes it super easy to track my order and customize everything just the way I like it.
