Domino's Pizza

I did a mobile order for a pepperoni/bacon pizza and was notified upon parking it was done. Walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes before someone asked what I needed and said it would be right out. I waited for exactly 15minutes while multiple orders were being picked up and sent out. No one making eye contact like I wasn’t even there. Watched one man cut 5 different topping pizzas with the same dirty blade after taking a bunch of random items out of his pockets and laughing. Super unsanitary and unprofessional. The older woman there I’m assuming was the manager didn’t even acknowledge me waiting once. Then the same man who was cutting those pizzas asked me again what I was waiting for. I'm a frequent customer of Domino's, visiting at least 2-3 times a week, but l've never experienced a problem like this before.Unfortunately, the customer service at this location was extremely rude.When I asked for crushed pepper and napkins to go, the staff told me to grab my own napkins from the box and claimed they didn't carry crushed pepper, which seems unlikely. The customer service was appalling.The person in the picture appears to lack manners, customer service skills, and proper communication etiquette, coming across as very rude.👎👎👎

The pizza was very fresh .prepared Very neatly proportions were very hardy hot right out the oven. customer service is very friendly and courteous. The store was very clean. The coolers were stocked with soda and everything else.

Um... I know and can see people have had bad experiences, but I just wanna say that, that was literally the best pizza I've had in years! (and also the first time ordering at Dominoes too) 😂😂 I did a Doordash Delivery order so I didn't really get to experience customer service but I can tell you that the pizza was immaculate. I don't almost ever do reviews but I just had to for this one. I ordered mine at 9/22/2025 at around 8 o'clock I believe? So if any of you guys at that Dominoes reading this, Keep doing your thing Nightshift! I appreciate the delicious pizzas and the hard work y'all do!

I don't know where to begin. First I ordered some stuffed cheesy bread, and as you can see they sent the wrong item. That would be fine, mistakes happen. I figured I'd just eat the tots, but then I opened that box and saw this! Not only was it not what I ordered, it didn't look appealing! I couldn't bring myself to eat them so I decided to call them on the phone to see what can be done about the mistaken order. I called my local Dominos several times, and each time the person working answered the phone (this was a Saturday evening, so I understood it would be busy), he put me on a silent hold and never came back to the phone each time.
