Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza and chicken wings yesterday, and both my husband and I experienced stomach upset shortly after eating. We continued to have digestive issues throughout the entire next day. I was very disappointed with the food quality this time. I also noticed that my order was prepared in just 6 minutes, which makes me wonder if proper cooking procedures were followed. This is the second time they have done this.

Delivery driver was super rude. I was working at a 24 hour vet hospital when I ordered my food. He shows up saying that he tried to call me multiple times but I wasn’t able to answer. I apologized and thanked him for the food. He dropped off my food and stormed out the lobby saying that I should’ve just picked it up next time” Are telling you me he couldn’t use critical thinking to use the address and couldn’t walk inside without calling me first? Theres only two open locations in the plaza. The whole point of delivery is because I’m literally working. I put up with minor inconveniences all day in my field and I’d never lash out at a customer. I didn’t get a name but he had an accent. Fire him :)

I placed a phone order with this Domino’s and paid by card for a delivery. The food never arrived, and when I contacted the store, they told me they had no record of the order, despite the charge going through. This is unacceptable. If a store takes payment, they are responsible for delivering the food or issuing a refund. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my bank due to non-delivery. Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this location again.

Very great service from the staff. Jasim is friendly and respectful. The team as a whole is dedicated to cleanliness and timely order completion. Highly recommend this location.

Extremely unhappy with my service and don’t think I’ll be ordering from Dominos again. Ordered through the app for delivery. App half works and when it finally does work it shows my order as delivered. So I spend the next HALF HOUR trying to call the store and repeatedly having the phone call just hung up on with no answer. Finally after 30 minutes and multiple calls I get through. Told the manager my order says delivered but I have no order and no one ever came to my house per my ring camera. He yelled at me “you said leave at it door. It was left at door. Check your door!” Click. Promptly hung up on me. At this point I just drove directly to the store to resolve the issue in person. I ask to speak to a manager and the same manager proceeds to print out my receipt as soon as he realizes w
