Domino's Pizza

When I got there the pizzas were ready to go and the cashier was very friendly. My issue was the pizza was not good. The New York style pizzas I bought were overcooked and hard. I asked for no peppers on my Hawaiian pizza and they put them on there anyway. I have a 30 + minute ride home and wasn't going back.

The management at this store doesn’t give an inch of customer support. I’ve literally driven to the next town when able, to give them my money instead. The Hammond La store is a joke. One time my pizza was nothing but a bunch of popped air bubbles that took up 75% of a pizza and they delivered it anyway and then gave me an attitude when I brought it back. Another time they delivered the incorrect order to me. When I called and told them, they said that I would have to bring the pizza up to the store to make things right even though it was delivered and I got it delivered because my wife had the car that night. I told them I didn’t have the car at the moment and the manager pretty much told me that I would just have to deal with it. Recently, I placed the order once again for delivery then

I would not advise ordering from this location if you are expecting a delivery...For the 2nd time in a row the pizza wasn't delivered. There's no point in calling because they refuse to make the deluvery

I just ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and cinnamon bread twist for $22.61. I paid online with a debit card and for some reason they only charged my card $22.51 so when the driver got here they said I owed 10 cents, not a big deal. My main problem was the poor quality of the sandwich. They don't put enough chicken and bacon on it to justify the price, I saw no ranch, and most of the the did put on the sandwich ended up just in the box. This is not the first time I've had problems with food and I'm just tired it. I won't be ordering from them again. Step it up domino's of hammond!

HORRIBLE - Waited over an hour for pizza delivery, they delivered to someone down the road from me, they took the food, we waived down the driver got ignored, called to tell them what’s wrong their excuse is we have been “busy” offered to send us another pizza but wait time was 45 mins. this happens way TOO often
