Domino's Pizza

I showed up to a dark restaurant. It looked closed but I saw people in there so I went to the door and they came to the door and said they are no longer taking orders. It’s 12:30 and they close at 1am. I told them I already ordered and they brought me my pizza. My order was a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese which of course I paid extra for… I was not however given either 🤦🏽‍♂️ these companies really need to protect their brands by hiring people who won’t just do what they want. You can see the pizza and it’s clear there is no extra anything on it.

This place is the absolute WORST!! The service is so slow, pizza tracker is useless, after 20 or so minutes it said the pizza was ready so we drove to pickup and get there and it’s not ready (wasn’t even started). It still took another 30 minutes for them to make a new one and it was clearly rushed and looked terrible - we ordered well done and it didn’t even look cooked let alone well done. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF AT ALL POSSIBLE 👎

Delivery was on point. My order was hot and was delivered fast. This location deserves 5*. I definitely will be ordering from here again and referring friends and family.

This was an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience, especially given that it involved my elderly parents (ages 84 and 83). On January 5th around 5:30–6:00 p.m., my parents went into the Hapeville Domino’s to pick up a pizza they had already ordered. They were first told the pizza was not ready and would be another 5 minutes. After waiting 10–12 additional minutes, the employee then asked for the name on the order and reached up to the warming shelf—only to pull down a pizza that had clearly been sitting there the entire time. To make matters worse, it wasn’t even the correct pizza. When this was calmly pointed out, rather than fixing the mistake or offering a reasonable solution, the employee was completely unbothered and dismissive. She stated that the only option was for my

It doesn't matter if you use the app or call the store- Domino's uses both a horrible AI and an international call center to place the order. You literally have to call the call center to get transferred to the actual store if you have any questions. It's a huge waste of time and a pitiful money-grab move by a company that doesn't care if they don't have enough people working to meet demands.
