Domino's Pizza

Was picking up my order just now and witnessed an employee give this guy in front me unnecessary attitude. Middle age guy in a hat. He acted like everyone in the world has already been to a dominoes in person and knows to pick the prepaid order out of the glass display. I never come in person either so I didn’t know myself until i heard the employee rudely explain. The correct thing to do is smile and explain where to grab his food in a nice manner.

We had ordered the 16 pcs cinnamon bread bites along with pizza but they delivered 8 pcs chicken nuggets and also pizza was not warm.

Every time I order from this Dominos I have a fantastic experience! The girl who took my order tonight, Kailyn, was helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. She was very patient with me while she took my order despite it being 7 pm on a Friday night, and my pizza came out great! However much that girl gets paid, it’s not enough!

George is the G.O.A.T.! He is very customer-oriented and kind. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience after the JMU football game on a busy Friday night!

Customer Service is Top Speciality Here at Burgess Rd Domino's. The Staff will Remake Pizzas if Asked. Yes I give Them a 4* ... Their Pizza is Delicious but Their Prices can't Beat Them. I love Domino's!
