Domino's Pizza

Ordered delivery today at noon (2/18) and got the WORST service I have ever received from ANY food place. Delivery driver got the wrong address and when I called the place they were extremely rude and saying I was wrong and that they handed it to someone, to which I told them they got the wrong address then, because I was waiting by the door and even had cameras, and no one came by. Refused to comprehend that a delivery driver could accidentally go to a wrong house even if they have the correct address in the receipt. Wouldn’t offer a refund because “tHeY dEliVereD iT” and left me on hold. One of my neighbors ended up calling me saying that they had it (they delivered it a street over). Thought it was finally over and thought I could just enjoy my (now) cold pizza, opened it and saw they

Don’t even waste your time. Didn’t think that I would have had to look at the reviews before ordering. I ordered my pizza at 2:25 and didn’t get my food until 3:55 and crazy part about it is I only live 2 minutes and my pizza still got here cold it just feels like a rip off they even see they cut the pizza wrong and still said hmmm good enough they lucky I wasn’t there would of smacked it back on that counter and most definitely got my money back.

I had a very disappointing experience ordering from the Domino’s on Cullen. I placed an order and paid about $30, including a tip, yet my order has not been received or even updated in the system. What’s even more frustrating is that the store has been completely non-responsive. I have called multiple times and no one answers the phone. When you are waiting on an order that you already paid for, the least a business can do is answer the phone or provide an update. To make matters worse, Domino’s customer service has not been readily available to address this type of delay, and the support channels appear to be closed on the weekends. That leaves customers with no real way to resolve issues when something goes wrong. At this point, I will be contacting corporate and working with my bank

The Person working here ws SOOO rude. I order off the APP. It say the order is complete. I waited 10 minutes to go pick it up. I ordered tó pick it up through the drive thru. Waited 5 minutes. The guy saw me and continued to walk by. I backed up then he slammed the window down. I went inside. It was a customer b4 me ( a guy) then I told the person at the cash register “ I was waiting 5 minutes” then he proceeded to tó say I had an attitude. Then he said “ I cancelled your order, You PPL “ . My order say it was Picked Up. Do not Order HERE!

I ordered four pizzas delivered from the Dominos on Cullen, and mine was the best pizza I've had in a long time. The others in the house loved theirs too. The edge crust was chewy - not hardened, and it was delivered hot. I don't have to look for a better pizza next time, I've found it.
