Domino's Pizza

Ordered online because no one would answer the phone, used a guest account, after an hour called in to check the status. After 15 minutes on their wait phone song someone picked up who spoke 2% English and could not understand I wanted to know my delivery status they told me to hold on, waited an additional 10 minutes and got hung up on before speaking with anyone else. -5 stars horrible experience will never use dominoes again.

Whenever you order for later delivery, they bring it at least 30 minute to 1 hour late. I use to order for a long time from this store but recently all of their order is late like I mentioned above. I wish they improve their delivery service because I like their pizza. Mind you I constantly order 10 - 15 boxes and I was their loyal customer.

Today, i placed an order through the app for a delivery. When I placed the order, i selected to pay in cash for the pizza. The driver arrives with my pizzas in a timely manner , no issue. However, when the driver arrived to my door and we exchanged food and i paid for it, I was waiting for him to give me change. My order came to $30 and some change and i paid $40 (two twenties). The driver continued to say that he did not have change, and i said well i need change. I had every intention of tipping (which should be up to the customer how much they can afford to tip or to tip period)but he “did not have change”. It got to the point i said ok just go ahead, but i definitely expressed that i needed my change. So , i said absolutely not and drove to the Domino’s (this exact location). I arrived

Pizza had absolutely no flavor, not even the toppings. And Dry! Waste of money! Will go to New Carrollton location if I ever get the taste again for pizza.

I sent Dominoes a message in regards to the service. I had to tell the driver 2x to come up because he didn't want to. The food was great, but the driver was lazy, and he basically haphazardly tossed my good in my arms with no rhyme or reason. The store also hasn't messaged me back about my complaint.
