Domino's Pizza

I placed a delivery order on a Tuesday around 3pm and they still botched it. They marked my order as complete an hour into the order with no pizza insight. When I called the manager she said they had a shift change and my pizzas were handed off to another driver….really. 20minutes after that I cancelled my order because those pizzas weren’t ever coming here. If you can, place your order from Smallwood Dr. Oh yeah and they never apologized or even gave any kind of explanation as to why the pizzas never showed.

Ordered at 11:30. Is now 12:20 and the driver has still not left the store. On top of that, I was forced to order a minimum of $20 worth of food PLUS a $5 delivery fee, all for the slowest service on this earth? I will never waste my time or money with this location again.

I ordered extra cheese but here is not extra cheese and they put jalapeño after cooked pizza and very little chicken and mushroom. Every time I order and pickup they do same thing but if you order delivery they do little better.

I would definitely return to this Dominos location in La Plata MD. My food was hot, ready, and made without errors. Even the young lady who made the pizza told me that it wasn’t uncommon for pizzas ordered without cheese. That made me happy. I will definitely return as I’ve had unpleasant experiences at other locations.

I visited this location and was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and the pleasant staff. I had an opportunity to speak with the manager, Jeannie and she extended superior customer service while wearing a huge smile. My pizza was absolutely delicious 😋. I will certainly visit this Domino's again very soon!
