Domino's Pizza

I had a terrible experience at this Domino's, and I'm honestly upset. The store manager, Carlos, gave me totally false information about their return policy, claiming I couldn't get a refund or replacement because of something from last year. That's ridiculous and doesn't line up with Domino's own policies, which usually allow refunds or replacements for incorrect or damaged orders. Plus, Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act requires clear refund policies, and businesses can't just mislead customers like that. To make matters worse, the product I got was damaged and not even sealed properly by the delivery person-I have clear photos to prove it! Carlos's excuse and the poor handling of my complaint make me never want to order from this Domino's again

Dear Domino's Customer Service Team, I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this location #3880 that has left me quite upset and frustrated. When I reached out about a damaged order—specifically, the pizza arrived cold and spilled due to an improperly sealed delivery in which the box was handed over crushed (I have clear photos as evidence). Store Manager Carlos provided completely inaccurate information regarding your return policy. He insisted I was ineligible for a refund or replacement because of some vague issue "from last year," which not only doesn't apply to me but also contradicts Domino's standard guidelines that clearly support refunds or remakes for incorrect or damaged items. I attended to the store and the person working there didn't even greet me properly. The service was very slow and I think that they need to hire more people since I only saw 3 people working there. It was my first time in years ordering Dominos and the experience sucked. It was a waste of of $20 plus dollars. I ordered 2 medium pizzas, parmesan bread sticks and cinnamon bread twists. The cinnamon bread twists were horrible and not like the pictures at all. They tasted like bread and there wasn't enough cinnamon or sugar to make it taste right. Also, it tasted savory when it was supposed to be sweet. The parmesan bread sticks were FILLED with oil. It was wayyy to greasy to eat. However, the only reason why I am giving 3 stars is because the pizza was pretty good. It could have been better

Our pizza was nasty and made 5 of us all sick for the night. I will never order from this location again. We call the state, they will be doing an inspection soon.

Had me waiting outside and knocked on the glass they looked once and then completely ignored me. I checked online, and it says they are open till 1 am. I call asking if they are still open, and they say yes. So why is the door locked, and I'm outside waiting for my online order? Only let me in to pay, and that's all no apologies or anything
