If i could give lower i would- Didnt honor a gift certificate and was left on hold for 15 minutes before I could even order. Staff talks to you like youre an idiot and belittles you. Dominos doesnt promise a 5 star experience but c’mon now.

During my recent visit to this store, I received meat instead of the banana peppers that I had ordered. As a result, I had to return to the store to get the correct item. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was disappointed that no apologies were offered for the error. When I inquired about the mistake, the response I received was that the store was busy, and they messed up. I would like to suggest that the store improve their customer service by taking responsibility for their mistakes and making an effort to rectify them. Rather than expecting customers to go out of their way to fix issues, it would be more appropriate for the store to offer compensation or make alternative arrangements for delivery. Ordered Wisconsin cheese pizza from here on 8/31. Found multiple hairs baked into the pizza. Long and short. Do NOT buy from here. Most likely malicious due to the number of hairs found.

Placed a large order and one of the cheese pizzas has a large black fly baked into the cheese. Yummy!
