Domino's Pizza

Mathew the employee/cook I meet today was really cool, he made my pizzas and when I got home and opened the box of fresh hot pies , it was great , on point , fresh and he has great customer service . I have had very bad experiences here before and I'm glad this guy is here tonight when he made my delicious pizzas .

Ordered pizza from this location on February 21 and some how they charged my card 3 times. And it's still pending. Tried calling them and going online to resolve it and had no luck. Almost 90 dollars locked up and can't get any help getting it released. Told me to call my bank . My bank said it's domino's fault. Did I mention that I never got a pizza or apology from anyone. I would not recommend this place to anyone go to Pizza Hut

The day after our Big winter snowstorm guess who’s open that’s right Domino’s. I want to write this review for a few reasons one very thankful that the store opened is the only place in Lexington open that we could find , second the staff were very friendly, third they prepared the food right in front of us and even though they were busy, they continued to have a great attitude working hard making sure everybody’s orders were fulfilled. I can’t tell you how appreciative I am of this bunch of guys that worked today, February 1, 2026, which is my husband’s birthday and they got everything right thanks guys

They were extremely busy and it took a little longer than normal but with all the deals they have going on I understand. our order was hot, fresh, and correct! The staff were fairly friendly and working hard.

I recently ordered from this location again bc they hands down have the best wings. But this particular time they didn't get my order, per my call in specifications. I always have my Wings cooked 2x's to make sure they're done but not burnt. These however were ashy, and I could almost see the muscular system. I also ordered 2 salads in which the lettuce was brown. I contacted them immediately. I had the privy to speak with a member of the mgmt team..."WILL". He was awesome. He apologized first, then he took true hierarchy initiative and corrected the issue. Had it not been for Will, and his etiquette of managerial skills, I would not be a returning customer after all of these years.
