Domino's Pizza

It was a busy saturday night and they messed up our delivery order,we waited roughly two hours for our pizza. we ended up having to drive to the location to pick it up. They realized and admitted their mistake and handled it quickly, we didn't have to wait at all once we got there. Organization/efficiencies during rush hours could use some work, quality and customer service was fantastic though for a Dominos

We place orders here every week. As of recently the service has been really inconsistent and we try to understand, but this last order was bad. 1 1/2 hour wait to get our order for it to show up one smashed sticking to the top of the box, one burnt, and all food was COLD and hard. Sad to say they used to have great pizza, but that was unacceptable. Won't be giving another chance.

Not happy with the customer service. The nice customer was a better help than the employee. Don't offer app prices if you don't want to help with questions on set up of app . This happens every time I come here and so I never get my points for free pies etc.

I was planning to never come back to dominos after they put cheese on my cheese pizza but Micheal Raines made my second experience amazing just phenomenal he had great and I mean great hair and I admires his work ethic this man deserves a pizza Grammy or a good job by the store manger this man deserves a flipping raise to his flippin pay dude

Wildly inconsistent. Have used this Domino's many many times and my overall word is, hope you are lucky with a good crew that night. Have had plenty of great pizzas here, but have also unfortunately had many mistakes as well.
