Domino's Pizza

First time ordering over baked pasta since they did away with their bread bowl with pasta. Ordered chicken Alfredo as is, this what got 1 cup of cooked pasta with sauce on top , I guess they forgot the chicken. Will I order this again … portion wise..absolutely not. Overall experience , delivery took about 35 min longer than ETA, pizza was still good after reheating.

Ordered 3 of the 9.99 deal pizzas. When I arrived there was only one pizza maker and orders were constantly coming in and people arriving for pick up. He handled his business in that store. He did way more than his job that day. With all of the chaos I was still greeted with a smile and like I was the most important customer to walk in. His attitude was the best I've ever seen in customer service in a long time. This is the Domino's store in Macon GA on Forsyth Rd. I highly recommend that the 2 delivery drivers and your store associate gets a raise. They were working on 8/25/2025. Employees like this makes your brand look so much more appealing. That means more money for you and they should receive the same. Not only were they understaffed to be running any kind of special or promotions. I

Horrible customer service. Employee seemed annoyed to speak to me while her eyes were stuck to her phone. She later tossed my pizza box on the counter and walked away without saying anything.

So after working 9 hrs today I didn't want to cook when I got home. So I wanted to find something quick to eat. Start going through my emails because I really wanted Pizza Hut, but no deals. I kept looking and saw I had a free pizza at Dominoes. So I ordered online for curbside delivery. Needless to say I got another free pizza for it not being brought out within the 2 minutes. I actually got out to go get it after almost 10 mins of waiting on someone to come out. I didn't look at my food until I got home. The wings I ordered were nothing like the advertised picture shows. At all.. Extremely disappointed. Looks like they just drizzled sauce on some very skimpy wings. Disappointed 😞 😥

I am done with Dominos; I truly hate it because I like the pizza, but this is the 2nd bad experience in a row. This is how my $30 pizza came delivered to my house. As you can see it is burned, and there are hardly any toppings. To make things worse, I called the local number to report the situation in hopes of a re-do, but I never got through to a person (2nd photo). I had to get in my car and drive to the store to show them what my pizza looked like. They said the phone system doesn’t work (wonder if that has been reported to the corporate office). I asked for a refund, and they told me that it would take 15 days, and they would be happy to remake it, so here I sit waiting for the re-do. They also told me that the problem is that I asked for light sauce, so the pizza burns when there is l
