Domino's Pizza

Last night (7-6-25) at 11:40 pm they gave me an old cheese pizza instead of making me a fresh one . I ordered at 11:00 pm, so I guess they did not want to make a fresh one!! When I went to get a refund and show the manager, he was really rude and tried to justify them selling me an old pizza !! I will never eat here again,

I went with 3 stars because they gave me a pick up window, then kept moving the goal post. It was originally 6:02-6:12, then 6:07-6:15, and it wasn't ready until 6:25. I think the system needs work. The pizza was good, and the staff was very friendly.

I usually get dominoes an it be good on some days but went today and when i got home my pizza was not even hot more like lukewarm or cold & i dont stay far from location I dont know if someone had ordered it an cancelled an they gave me someone elses order but it definitely did not come right out the oven.

Our order was delivered with the pizzas dumped over on top of each other. No one will answer the phone and the "insurance" button on the app doesn't work. In the future drivers will get a $0 tip if this is how they treat customers. Or we will become exclusively Pizza Hut customers.

Stay AWAY…. Ordered for delivery food never came for 2 hours nobody answered drove over to pick up and the restaurant was packed of customers also waiting. Dint have time to wait so I got food elsewhere… Then they called me 3 hours after ordering to confirm my order and I told them to cancel and refund me… checked my card and they processed the payment so I have to go back and get my refund… NOT WORTH IT.
