Domino's Pizza

Horrible customer service skills. Asked driver to leave food by my door , he responded with okay! Marked my order delivered & took off with my food. Doesn’t help that I have already waited 2 hours for my delivery after it saying I’ll be waiting 44-59 min. (Order was placed @ 8:34 pm , it is now 10:00 pm) When I contacted & spoke to the manager he stated his driver was waiting outside for over 7 minutes & called & texted us, when I have text conversation between me & the driver & i even continued to go down to the door to meet the driver & no one was present. Will never purchase from this dominos again & will never recommend to anyone. Btw the drivers name is oualid I would definitely watch out if you see that name on your delivery tracker. Crunchy thic crust pizzas are the only worth recommendation. Other types are usually undercooked. Had to put into oven to bake for another 15 min to be able to eat.. Place got potential but its slacking lately..

They are in there cooking food with no gloves on and when i questioned a worker about it he brushed it off and told someone else to give me my food. They were touching on all the appliances and miscellaneous things then touching people’s food with no care that we can see them doing this

It really sucks that they take their phone off the hook so they won't receive phone call orders..... that is ridiculous. So I called another Pizza place to have my office employees to have a pizza party without domino's. It's terrible that they lost out on 150.00 sale.

Did an online order so I order chicken Alfredo pizza,2L coke and a brownie dessert never had my dessert I realized til I was finished with the pizza. They have bad customer service even when you call them there’s this one guy whose yelling at you and it seems to never be no manager there when you asked for one. Run don’t spend your money here at all won’t recommend this place at all
