Domino's Pizza

They marked my order as completed on time but I had to wait 35+ minutes late on a pickup order. There was only one guy performing all of the job duties. Will not be ordering from here again.

The manager doesn't understand customer service. I asked him to make sure the drivers read directions. He immediately came at me with something in defense! Instead of listening and apologizing because I wasn't even talking about what he said. It escalated from there. The driver read what the ticket said and did what she wanted anyway. Incompetence and worthless! Her and the manager.

Great food at a great price! Domino's is my best place to order food and their white garlic sauce is my favorites as compared to tomatoes sauce. Staff is very friendly and store location is very good. Delivery was extremely timely for a Friday evening. Delivered piping hot, as if straight from the oven. Best part was the actual taste of the pizza. Delicious and baked perfectly. Excellent job across the board. Great Job Team!!

The pizza was undercooked and doughy. I called the store and spoke to the manager. He said it's going to be undercooked because it has extra sauce and that there was nothing he could do about it. He said next time I would have to call the store and ask for a pan pizza to be well done. So he knew it was undercooked and still sent it out that way. He said he's been the store manager for 3 months. Well in 3 months he should know to not send out an undercooked pizza.

Didn’t order here for a year because of bad service. So i decided to try again today they brought everything but my 2 liter I tried to notify the dasher but he pulled off I hope it was because he didn’t hear me maybe but I call the store and before I could say anything they were like hold on then had me on hold for 20 + minutes . so I drive to the store and they were just sitting there while I'm on hold … yeah and they give me just a soda & no refund on the tip I tipped the dasher. They also didn’t give any physical coupons . which I asked if they had but they didn’t have any I guess they just say somehow they will have a free soda for me next time .
