Domino's Pizza

I went to pick up an online order that my brother placed only to be met with a disappointing, not to mention incompetent service. I walked in expecting the order to be ready because that’s what the app said, but it either went to someone else, they haven’t started yet, or even kept it for themselves. They had to redo it, and even then, I had to constantly speak up to get the order started. Heck, they couldn’t even remember if the pizza was in the oven at all, leading to a wait time of almost an hour. I almost had to wait even more for the garlic bites that were already done. I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience before I walked out. I’m never coming to this Domino’s again because this is unacceptable. Absolutely horrendous service.

This has to be the worst Domino’s location. I ordered a pizza for delivery and the tracker said “enjoy your order,” but I never received anything. When I called, they told me they had to redo the order because it was delivered to the wrong location—like, what? No text, no call, no communication at all. I ended up driving there myself. Only one person was working—making pizzas and running the register. Whatever happened to having at least two people? Sheesh. I don’t blame her at all, but communication is still key. I’m not surprised this place has bad reviews. This Domino’s is a mess.

Deserve NO STARS! Worst service I have ever received from a Dominoes location. 2 hour + wait time on an order estimated for 30 minutes delivery FIVE MINUTES AWAY from the location. Called the location over 10 times, wait time of 15 minutes and NO ANSWER. Dominoes do better. Clean house with your staff and get better employees. Never ordering from here AGAIN.

We called the store, they picked up, told me to wait but left me on hold for an hour straight. So we cut the call out of frustration and went to the store to order, later on we picked up our order and found out they didn’t get the order right , we didn’t care much about the fact that they forgot to add the toppings we asked for but when we sat down to eat , it was literally horrible, there is no such words to describe how horrible it tasted , honestly. The closest I can get to describing it is that it tasted as if they didn’t care how they made it and they just made it however they could.

Do you have to take off work and order 48 hours in advance to be able to pick up your meal from this location? I have never seen a location like this before. They don't care about customers. I have been waiting for more than two hours and I have not been able to pick up my meal. I hope the owner responds to me.
