Domino's Pizza

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I ordered from here last night, and while the delivery took longer than expected, I wasn't particularly bothered. The order was partially incorrect, but I chose to overlook it since it wasn't a major issue. It was a custom half-cheese, half-Italian-sausage pizza, and l received a full Italian sausage. The main issue was the hair in my food. It seemed intentional, as there was hair in every slice that someone ate. (3 boxes worth of Pizza) I am thoroughly disgusted. This experience was so unsanitary and unpleasant that I will never eat at Domino's again. Unfortunately, I only have one photo of my food because everyone else threw theirs out before I could take a picture.

My son loves Dominoes so we regularly order from them. Lately it’s taken them over an hour to just get the order into a drivers hands. Sometimes the food has been cold by the time we get it. This will be the last time we order from this Dominoes… I wish it was not the case. As you can see from the picture the estimated delivery time is 30-50 minutes and it has been sitting there for 21 minutes just waiting to be picked up. I would like to also add that the delivery drivers are always kind and super considerate.

Really tasty. Friendly service. Accessible. Lots of parking. There’s even a small counter to eat at if you’d like to eat there. This is a calzone with spinach and feta and mozzarella inside. Definitely an improvement from when I used to come to dominoes. So many options, and this was like $9!

0/10 customer service. I'm trying to gain access back into my account to redeem points, stupid app won't even let me reset my password. I can't get a human person on the phone to resolve the issue, nobody wants to respond to my email. It's literally ridiculous. Food is a mix bag, sometimes correct sometimes its not. I blame myself for ever giving these people money, if you have any type of love for yourself avoid all dominoes

Food is good but the delivery drivers need to learn to read delivery instructions. Twice I have stated to Leave At Door and to not ring the doorbell and the driver proceeds to basically hold my order hostage for multiple minutes because I won't answer the phone. I said to leave at door, that means I do not want interaction, thank you. Otherwise the food is good and they really load up the garlic on the bread bites!
