Domino's Pizza

I did an online order and did curbside pickup. When I got there I checked in via the app, I also put on my hazards like the app prompts you to do after you check in. I was waiting for about 15 minutes. A delivery driver pulled up, went inside to get a new order and came over to my car and asked if I checked in, I showed her my phone and she went inside to let them know. I then waited another five minutes then decided to call. I did not want to go inside because I was in my pajamas and sick. When I called, I was on the phone for about three minutes and no one answered the phone. I then went inside, I wasn’t rude and I told them I’ve been waiting outside for over 20 minutes and the young lady told me that I didn’t check in, I pulled up my phone to show her, she didn’t even look. So this happened at Domino’s Pizza in Opelousas LA today 1/20/26. I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my hotel room at the Holiday Inn finished my order and the worker said your debit card has been reported lost or stolen you have to pay with cash (which I did not have on me).I asked her if I can uses another card and she said no it has to be cash. I told her that can’t be correct and she said do you want to speak with the manager and I said yes. He got one the phone and said yeah you must have reported your card lost or stolen and I said Nooo… I would know if I reported my card lost or stolen and I have not, he said well you have to pay with cash we’ve had a lot of orders paid with stolen cards lately. I called my bank and my card is perfectly fine. Can Domino’s force me to pay with cas

Have been to this location many times and always had great experiences but hadn’t visited in a while, still fast, always perfect, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Domioes is so much further ahead than the rest of the competition with their app, if you haven’t used it yet try it out, it’ll save you time and money. The parking lot is terrible at this location but that’s not the owners fault, this is an old location in an old building, but the dominoes itself has been updated. Even has a little bar where you can sit and watch them prep dough for the pizzas. The garlic bread-bites from this location used to be phenomenal, I didn’t order them this go-round, it’s been a year or 2 since I’ve ordered them from here but I specifically remember talking to the manager/ owner about them one

This Domino's in Opelousas on Creswell Lane is so damn rude🤬🤬They messed up my order and then hung up on me because I was telling them better. She said I order my pizza and stuff bread 2 hours ago when it had only been 1and about 35mins it's crazy 😧 they rather hold the customer accountable then the person taking the order 😠 I'm so pissed 😤 cuz I was very nice and he got my order wrong but she wanna tell me she can't remake my order because that's what was put in it's no way in hell I would order spinach stuff bread 😤😠🤬😤😠🤬

Ordered 20 min early took them 30+ min to finish the order plus they said it was ready on the app even though my fiance was in the store waiting dor them to be finished cooking it, very backwards they shouldn’t be able to put something as ready when it isn’t.
