Domino's Pizza

Absolutely unacceptable service on two separate occasions at this location. I placed orders for my family ahead of time expecting the usual efficiency Domino’s is known for, only to arrive and find the pizzas hadn’t even been started—twice. The first order was on 2/28/25 (Order #1760) and the second on 05/02/25 (Order #1156). In both cases, my total wait time from order to pickup stretched to nearly or over 45 minutes. This completely threw off our dinner plans and caused major inconvenience for me and my family. According to the manager, they’re having issues handling incoming orders, but oddly enough, there was no sign of being understaffed either time. I ordered 1 handmade pan pizza for me and my toddler to share. Upon opening the box the toppings were a mess. Trying not to complain I was still going to serve it but the pie was uncut and undercooked.

Poor customer service! Ordered the cheeseburger specialty pizza with half plain and half toppings, they gave me no toppings at all. I called to check in and ask about it, and after explaining my situation all they said was “ok so what do you want on the cheeseburger pizza?” Then proceeded to put me on hold. The delivery driver was great though! Won’t be ordering at this location anymore. Won’t get what you pay for!

The place was clean. Quiet neighborhood, no strange people. The service is nice and polite. I recommend it if you like Domino's

The delivery time was mentioned online was 20 min and they delivered the pizza after an hour. It’s ridiculous and bad service.
