Domino's Pizza

To start off, your pizza has always been good. Love the bbq chicken pizza. You should stick with pizza and only pizza. Years ago your salads were good. Today I ordered a chicken caesar salad with my pizza and what a surprise! When the delivery guy handed me my bag with the salad, I looked inside and thought you guys went to walmart to get the salad from the trash. It was a prepackaged salad that had been sitting around for a while. All the lettuce was brown and wet, like it was old and frozen at some point. I told the driver to take it back and to tell his manager that he should be ashamed to send such a disgusting salad out like that. The manager never called to apologize, AND they never refunded my money for the salad and dressings. Terrible customer service. Not sure what hap

Wow, Another Fantastic Meal 😃 Domino's has never disappointed. I only started ordering from Domino's on Robert Rd, about a year ago. Each Pizza, Side and Dessert that I have eaten is Delicious. Today I ordered Pizza with a Hand Pan Dough, Pepperoni and Extra Cheese, it is Thick, Warm and Perfectly Cooked. If you Love your dough thick and soft, I highly recommend the Hand Pan. I also tried for the First Time Domino's Cinnamon Twists. I am Absolutely Enjoying Them!! They are Warm, loaded with Cinnamon and Sugar, and they come with Sweet Icing to Dip In. Another New Favorite. I would Also Like to Mention Tyler, He has provided me Excellent Customer Service, Always with a Smile. He Cooks the Food Perfectly and Delivers Orders. I Do not Know if he is a Manager but he Should Be. It is Obvious He

I’m embarrassed to say it but I order Dominos regularly. Dominos used to be pretty good. But it’s so hit and miss now and has been for months. The big miss is Thursdays. The food is just nasty on that day. Just… Yuk. I think tonight’s order will be my very last. I just don’t know what to expect anymore. When it’s bad, it’s really bad.

** UPDATE. I wish I could add more stars on! So in my delivery instructions I have it stated that 'I am Batman! 'and tonight's order resulted in one of the staff members drawing the Batman symbol on the box for my cheesy bread. Those guys are so amazing I absolutely love them. also my delivery driver Teresa tonight was incredible, she was super friendly and funny!** I love this Domino's! The location is tidy when I go in for carryout, the staff is always very friendly and helpful and they get the order to you quickly when you choose delivery. They have great coupons and prices, and their pizza is cooked nicely without being greasy or burnt.

Ordered pizza yesterday. It was obvious that it was dropped as all of the toppings were on the top of the pizza box. Pizza was extremely undercooked and gave me and my girlfriend food poisoning. Pizza was sliced extremely uneven. Was the cook impaired? Brownie cookie was burnt. Called the next day to request a refund. Manager named Kayla gave me a number to call that was disconnected. Called back and spoke with manager malachi who told me to call 1800 dominos. This number directed me to call back to the store. When I called back to the store I was placed on hold then hung up on multiple times. Finally got back on the phone with Kayla. I told her I don't appreciate being hung up on multiple times. She responded by saying " well it's Friday night and I'm way too busy for this." I told her I
