Domino's Pizza

I am order two thin crust pizza. One is to much burn. Before take delivery I am checking my order and tell to staff. One lady tell me we make another one. And she tell we have no more white sauce. Only red one. I tell ok I have no problem with red sauce but you gives me some discount. She tell we make another pizza that's it. This very rudely. Owner also i think not see the review. Before I was complete about food on review I was not get response. Dominos also need to watch about products and satisfied to his loyal customer. I hope I can get response from Owner and Dominos.

I did a carryout order last night and was waited on by a woman. I know I was kinda being a little difficult and a she handled it with grace. After interacting with her for a few minutes she had me looking at this all different because I was pissed my order wasn't ready. She apologized about the wait and that she was a driver and that they all were doing the best they can. I stood back after that and watched them all working hard and it hit me she was right I seen the order screen and could see the numbers. I myself used to work for a pizza joint up north so I somewhat understood the order numbers. I heard other customers come in and complain, cancel orders, etc. All because the screen in the lobby said in prep but the app said 20 minutes and it's been 40. I think the online app needs to be

Order using the free emergency pizza and the garlic bites. And it ended up like this. When I asked what this was,I was told it was because the dough wasn't fully proofed. At 8pm I hadn't eaten and couldn't wait for someone to make another. One photo taken in my vehicle in front of the store the other at home. I received it exactly how it appears in the photo. Don't give these people your money.

If you placed your order online, the time that they give you WILL NOT BE ACCURATE. I placed my order at 1800 and the APP quoted me 1840 for the order to be ready for pickup. Well, by the time I got there at 1840, a staff member told me it was "in the oven". That was a lie. My order was not even started. I waited an additional 35 minutes before I would have my order in hand. I understand being busy, but don't flat out lie. It makes matters worse.

We've order from here twice and both times it has been a not so great experience. First time the pizza was way over cooked, second and final time we got the parmesan knots which are usually a little greasy but these were so coated in butter the whole bottom of the box was saturated. That's doable. The nail in the Domino's coffin was the absolute lack of cheese sauce to dip it in. It looked like they'd just lightly coated the metal container in sauce then tossed an inch of cheese in it. I couldn't even scrape the cheese out with the knots.
