Domino's Pizza

It arrived 30 minutes late (estimate 50 min max, received it 1.5 hours later), ice cold - the pic of the pizza on my plate is me microwaving it. The pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box where it had been sitting so long. With taxes and everything all in this was a $43 medium pizza. Unreal. And the offer upon complaint was a free medium pizza to have another horrible experience with them. No thanks, I’ll pass.

This is by far the worst pizza place I’ve ever dealt with. The employees are consistently rude, and after multiple orders being messed up without so much as an apology, I’m officially done. I decided to pick up my pizza today to avoid the hour-and-a-half delivery delay I experienced last time. When I asked for a side of ranch, the employee was extremely rude and then ignored me. I had to ask again, and a manager stepped in. When I tried to pay cash for the ranch, I was told while being laughed at that only one person in the store could handle cash, and of course they were busy. I ended up having to use my card for just over a dollar. I mentioned that I don’t understand why I consistently have to deal with rude staff at this location. Ordered my pizza and it took 2 hours to arrive at my house. It showed up cold and the Parmesan bread bites didn't have any cheese, they literally were just pieces of bread. This is absolutely unacceptable and have never had such a horrible experience with this company and most likely will not order pizza from them anymore.

They have been so conscientious about food preparation that I've never had a reaction after eating their gluten-free pizza. I'm so grateful for that. The pizza is delicious as well! It's kind of like a thin crust, I really like it.
