Domino's Pizza

We ordered online and received the notification that our order was ready for pickup, so we headed to the store expecting to grab it and go. When we arrived, the staff rather dismissively told us they had to remake one of the pizzas because they had made it incorrectly. Mistakes happen, but what followed was frustrating. While we waited in the lobby, we watched the employees casually sit there and eat the pizza they had messed up while preparing the replacement. Meanwhile, the rest of our order was already finished and sitting on the counter getting cold. The replacement pizza took about 15 minutes, and no one bothered to tell us when it was actually ready. I had an excellent experience with my pizza delivery driver his name was Alvin he arrived right on time, which was impressive given the busy evening. Not only was alvin friendly and polite, but he also took the time to double-check my order to ensure everything was correct. It’s evident that alvin cares about providing great service. The pizza was hot and fresh, making it a perfect meal after a long day. I appreciate the effort and dedication to customer satisfaction. Alvin Larsen is the fastest delivery driver on the force, nothing could stop him from delivering not even the group of pre-schoolers crossing the road. Normally I don't like Domino's pizza but Alvin made sure my pizza was made with extra love mmmmmmm so yummy. When I said I couldn't afford a tip he gave me the extra cash in his wallet and said "pay it forward" so I used it to buy cigarettes and gave a dart to a homeless woman. Alvin is a fantastic employee with passion for his craft, an unwaivering spirit, a light in the community, a humble young man who will stop at nothing to get the job done. Great food, great atmosphere, great manager. Best experience I’ve ever had in a Domino’s and I’ve had a lot of experiences in Domino’s. If you want pizza with local ingredients and local chefs, this is a spot you should go. The general manager is the nicest person I’ve ever talked to. They also hold the title of the best dominos in the region (I asked what the region included, it’s Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington). The competition (for best dominos) was discontinued between the regional dominos because this one won too many times in a row. I agree. They deserve it.

I was having trouble with my order online but i walked in to the building let them know and they fixed it right in a second. Online it would not let me add different toppings to my pizza order so I would not make it more complicated i just ordered pepperoni pizzas. When the gentleman behind the counter said he could help me with that.
