Domino's Pizza

A pizza without cheese. U got to be joking. Why would I order a pizza without cheese? This was not even a mistake on my end. They intentionally didn’t put cheese. I had no choice to still eat it since I got the pizza but I am still disturbed that I have to eat my toppings with tomato sauce. I think it should’ve been common sense to put cheese since it’s supposed to be a pizza. If I didn’t want cheese, I would never buy the pizza to begin with.

I ordered Domino’s and ended up vomiting for the entire day afterward. I’ve never had such a bad reaction to pizza before. When I called the store to explain what happened, the staff had a disgusting attitude, refused a refund, and actually started yelling instead of trying to resolve the issue. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never order from this location again and do not recommend it to anyone.

If I could give yall no star I would worst damn place i order my pizza waited for it 1 hour and I live 0.7 miles from the store also it shows deliver on doordash and I waited 45 mins after that and still didn't arrived, literally a bunch of stupid lying people working there. When I called they said 5 mins ok I waited for another 20 mins no one came yall is unprofessional a sets of clowns tbh. Never gonna order from here again this is the 3rd time it happen and never again!!!!!!

This store never delivered my food late night after work, never rang my bell, is refusing to refund my money and here we are the next day and I still call and there's never a manager at this store to assist customers! I have always ordered from this location and they always mess my order up. The employee hung up on me about 5 times when I was calling about my order and telling me there was no manager. Today I called twice and Everytime I call there's STILL NO MANAGER! I have been waiting for my food or my refund since 1am last night!!!!! Called the police and everything. I have a report. Someone needs to look into this location because it's not being ran professionally AT ALL!

I’ve been ordering from this place for years and never had a problem until recently. My latest experience was honestly disappointing. The manager, who I expected to handle things professionally, came across as dismissive and rude during the interaction. It felt like instead of trying to resolve the issue, they made the situation more frustrating. It’s disheartening to see the customer service decline like this, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. I really hope they improve how they treat people, but based on this experience, I personally wouldn’t recommend ordering here right now.
