Domino's Pizza

I’m not sure what this was supposed to be, but calling it “pizza” feels generous. The cheese had the texture of melted plastic, and the pepperoni smelled so bad it made me second-guess my life choices. The wings looked like they’d been gently steamed instead of cooked — pale, soggy, and completely flavorless. For a place built around pizza, Domino’s somehow managed to miss every basic mark: taste, texture, and even appearance. If this is fast food comfort, I’d rather stay hungry.

I love when Domino’s does the promotion for any pizza, any toppings for 9.99, it’s a great deal. However , i feel like the quality is slipping with such high demand for the special. The past 3 times I ordered my pizza has been underbaked , with sloppy presentation . The third time being today. My pizza was missing a requested topping “mushrooms “ and it was not baked well done as requested.

We have had decent pizza from this location last night but last night (1/24/25) was rough. When my husband came to pick it up they had accidentally sent our pizzas out with a delivery driver, so he had to wait for the driver to return. When we opened the pizzas our pan pizza with sausage was burned. The hand tossed pizza was supposed to be ham/onion/pineapple but there was no pineapple on it. It was supposed to be a “prize” for my son after exam week and he was bummed to not get the pineapple (which is his favorite part). I would like a manager to get in touch with me for reimbursement of some kind. I cannot currently recommend this location.

A few weeks ago, I went to a dominos in Northwestern Highway to get Pizza. My order was already complete. Another customer came in. I was waiting for napkins they didn’t have any . I noticed that the person making the pizza was also on the register. She was quite unsociable and not very friendly at all. That wasn’t it. She was taking money and touching a pizza 🍕 at the same time I wanted to throw up and I already got my pizza but I can say with complete certainty. I will not be going there anymore. That is 🤮. If you get pizza and a tall skinny white female makes the pizza 🍕 bet your bottom dollar that she has not washed her hands. People can get sick like that; unfortunately for me, I had already paid for my pizza and when I got home, I just threw it right in the damn trash beware.

I used my 80 points to order a pizza and delivery. The wrong pizza was delivered all of my hard earned points down the drain. I called the store and was told I could redeem on my next order. I called the store 5 times “thank you for calling Dominoes…please hold”. After a combined hold time of 20 + minutes. I called again to be told the manager is the only person who could assist me and he is busy so you’re going to have to wait. On hold once again. 5 minutes later the line was disconnected.
