If we could give zero stars, we would. I’d recommend not trusting the app’s tracking feature. The app said it was ready, they told us to pull up to the 2nd window claiming it had “2 minutes left,” made us wait 20 minutes (didn’t check in once during said 20 minutes), brought it to us right after we were finally able to get a worker’s attention, they claimed our order “just came out of the oven” but the bottom of the box was barely warm. This is the second time this has happened in the past 3 months.

Pizza was definitely mediocre I paid for extra cheese and beef. Did I get it....... absolutely Not!! My wings were delicious no complaints about them. I need the workers to pay attention to customers orders. We pay for extra we deserve extra!!

Management makes excuses to not deal with their own shortfalls, including lying about those shortfalls. Unfortunate they can have terrible customer service and not care about it. We need better options in Starkville. I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I’ve been ordering from this specific domino’s for over a year and they have been amazing. I’m not a fan of all of the food but that’s just a personal preference, that’s not to take away from how good the other food that I do like is. They have always been nice and respectful when i went in store and ive just never had a problem with them. my go to place right here.
