Domino's Pizza

Before I dropped the kids off to the babysitter yesterday, I ordered pizza online from Domino's Pizza, was already late for work & didn’t think to check the pizza while I was there because we don’t do fast food fr! Well got to the sitter & got the kids situated & was like let me take a slice, NOT 1 BUT BOTH PIZZAS were incorrect!!! So knowing I had to drive a hour away to work I said to myself I’ll call on the way to the city! Well I called; a guy answered he was polite; explained the situation, he said let me get the manager.. got the manager in training who was also polite but to be sure she handled things correctly she stated I’m in training let me get the GM (General Manager) waited 3 minutes before the next person hung up.. well I called back & when I did it was a the manager who had

They burnt my receipt….. no. Like not kidding. Don’t order at this dominoes. Once you get to the first window. They’ll send you to the second. Once you get there, there will always be someone ahead of you. They’ll take 45 minutes to get their pizza while yours sits under a heat lamp, once you get to the window. They will not acknowledge the fact that you’re sitting there until 20 minutes after. They brought me the pizza finally (wrong pizza) but there was no shot I was sending it back to wait another hour. I also notice it’s cold. So I go to check the receipt a little later to make sure I was right in the fact that I had the wrong order and didn’t misclick. Well. Look at the attached photos below. This is how I knew. While the hour passed and I sat waiting. My pizza was under a heat lamp.

I had an order that was supposed to be finished at 9:10 pm per the app. At 9:05 I arrived and was told 5 minutes. I waited at the window until 9:45. I was told repeatedly it would be out in just a minute. Several people who showed up after me were given food while I waited. I was given food that was completely cold when I got home. I live less than 1 mile away. I called and asked for my food to be redone or refunded. I was told they gave me pizzas off of their "overflow rack" that matched my order And that my actual order has just come out of the oven and was ready if I wanted to get it instead. I asked if they were sure both pizzas and bread bites would be done when I got there. I was told yes. I get there and 1 pizza is done and boxed. The guy at the counter says "oh I thought you just w

I just had a thyroidectomy a few days ago and a very good family friend ordered pizza to have it delivered to me and my kids and I'm not supposed to drive. They ordered at 4pm to have it delivered to us for 5:30. I sat and waited and waited until 7pm. I even called and have my address for verification, where it was located and left my phone number to call if there was any issues. NEVER received the order so I had to have someone get my kids something for supper at such short notice. We do have cameras to prove no such delivery was ever made last night on 5/25/2025. Thank goodness for security cameras. I will never tell anyone to do business with a place like this again. If I could leave zero stars I certainly would.
