Domino's Pizza

There is only 2 inches of snow on the ground, they are three miles away, but we get a call they can't deliver it...what?...are all their people on foot? The call came after the pizza was in 'quality control' for twenty minutes. So they let it sit on a counter before they let us know. Thus, if we had gone to get it ourselves, like they wanted, we would have had a cold frisbee. Our family and teams have been coming to town for over 10 years to multiple sporting events but I will never order from them again. So..one pizza tonight....possibly has cost you hundreds in the future!!!

Several times now I have placed a order online and my account was charged but food order was never placed at store, when I call to ask where my food is the store has no idea about my order even being placed, this seems like some kinda scam to me and it's extremely pathetic I can't even order food anymore! ZERO STAR RATING and I recommend Any other pizza joint as better option

This customer's experience with the food order was incredibly frustrating. They endured a long wait for their food, experienced late delivery, and were then asked to pay again despite already completing online payment. The store's explanation that they owed a penny, after they were already paid in full, was also a point of contention.

Went here a couple days ago. Pizza turned out good, hence the 2 stars. Pretty on par quality wise that I'm used to. The service, on the other hand, was a different situation. Once I entered, the lady working asked if I had an order. I didn't, and upon saying this, she turned around making an extremely rude face and sighing, like I just ruined her day. She took my order a few minutes later. About a minute after that, an online order pops up, which I can audibly hear her swearing at it. A few minutes pass with her throwing things, complaining, etc. At another point, she gets a call for what sounds like requesting a change to an order, to which the same things occur of her swearing, throwing things, and just being extremely negative. I also hear her yelling to someone in a back office at one

Love the food here. We usually buy from here every two weeks, but unfortunately we had a $2 tip added to our order that I did not authorize. The woman who delivered it in a red Volkswagen, stole that money from us. Yeah it was only $2 but it was unauthorized, and theft. I recommend checking receipts and bank transactions because if she was ok doing that to me, she’s done it before. I did contact the store, I am not sure that they are only refunding my $2 or the whole order, but i feel it should be the whole order for that type of theft. She’s done this twice now
