Domino's Pizza

It’s absolutely unacceptable that my wife and I ordered pizza at 7:17 PM, and now at 8:14 PM, we still don’t have our order. The Domino’s tracker has been stuck on "quality check" for 43 minutes. When we called the store, we were told, “Friday nights are busy and we only have two drivers.” That’s not our problem, nor does it excuse the fact that our order hasn’t been delivered. The customer service at this location is an absolute disgrace, and we won’t be ordering from this location again.

Miguel is %100 absolutely the goat And he helped us figure out what we wanted, and helped us customize our Pizza really cool guy. Hard worker makes freaking amazing pizza promote this guy or give him more money will be back for more from my homie Miguel's Domino's location hell yeahhhh😃😃😆

Placed an order today around 4:30pm on 1/2/25. We had a past issue with this store where they claimed to have no drivers for delivery so we waited 4 hours to get our food that tasted terrible anyway. We did complain then and to what now seems like they retaliated. We found a pink substance in the bread bowl that had my girlfriend immediately rush to the bathroom! We contacted to manager of the store and he did refund the money, but this was absolutely disgusting! Literally never experienced anything like this in my entire life from anywhere!

Worst customer service we ever got.male person today at 7:40 pm was so rude. He put veggies after baking pizza and we told him. He said we don’t want it and this guy said I am calling cops. We said ok go ahead. We told him we don’t want pizza please refund it and he was not willing to do so. We always order from this store. Girl working there is so nice and smiling but this guy was not good. For owner as franchisee I don’t want to review negative but this guy was very rude. Got a mailer that the restaurant is “under new management.” Decided to try it out. The store cancelled my order with no notification and will not answer the phone. The store still sucks, I’m amazed it’s still open
