Domino's Pizza

We ordered Parmesan bites. Usually, they’re nearly drowning in it, at all locations, including this one, but not today. Y’all already started making us pay extra for marinara sauce. Do we need to pay extra for the Parmesan too?

Do not order from this dominos. Ordered a large pie and when delivered there was a whole in the middle of the pizza. When requested a new pizza management refused to send me a new one. I’ve been a dominos customer for year and this is the last time I will order from them.

The guy that worked on dec 7th & closed the store? Shouldnt be working there . First of all door says they closing at 12 (im attaching a picture from my camera roll at the time that it all happened) & when a customer its standing infront of the door asking for help ? Its completely ignored … & laughed at . Im sorry but this business hours are wrong or the employees are doing whatever they want. Disrespectful & horrible experience. On top of all ? Store was open but ONLY DRIVE-THRU , & the only reason i knew its cus we had to call since we see people inside atleast answer the phone.. but on the DRIVE-THRU , i asked the employee about the insident & his answer is well we open arent we? & he shut the door on my face!!.

I order pizza from Domino's several times a month usually & I picked up on a upsetting pattern. If you want better pizza don't order after 10pm. The quality goes down after 10pm. I don't know if it's because the good staff left or they are always just ready to go home. I'm not sure if the staff is trained to provide less service after 10pm, it's close to closing time, or the staff is probably beat after a long day at this point. I've order different times during the day & I'm telling you it gets worse around this time. Around this time the pizza is never cut all the way through (I have to use my own pizza cutter or use my hands to sometimes successfully pull them apart in one piece), the cheese on there is put on so lightly that you can see the crust right underneath it (some places there

Customer Service at its finest I love how the employee contacted me to let me know immediately after I placed my order that there would be delay due to staffing which was fine because he told me. So I had the expectation my food came hot and fresh and the delivery driver was nice and efficient and placed my order respectfully by my door perfect hand off. Even with the long wait I was emailed a offer for a future order which was nice of them as well. Keep up the great work and thank you for servicing the area as there aren’t many pizza places that deliver the my subdivision. 🫶🏽
