Domino's Pizza

Placed the order on 11/22 around 7pm . Picked up order 7:25pm and guess what incorrect order hand it over to me. I have to drive back again 20 minutes and no customer curtsey to say sorry, front register person than try to hand me correct order by saying someone took it home and just return it, I am like what food returned by another customer after 45 minutes. Are they serious that giving over the order when someone took it home and may be opened it, touched it and now giving me that order saying “ here is correct order” completely unprofessional. I have to request for completely new order rather than dropping all three items in oven, dominos person drop each item, wait for it to get ready and than drop my second item wait for it to get ready and than drop my third item in oven and get i

I am really frustrated. I ordered food at 11:30 PM and, being a patient person, I waited. By 12:30, there was still no food, and at 12:45, I called to check on my order. I was told that the driver would arrive in 5 minutes. After waiting that additional time with no food, I called again and found out that the driver had forgotten to deliver one of the drinks as well. At 1:15 AM, I finally received my food. The wait was ridiculous, and unfortunately, the food was not worth it. I’m highly disappointed and have since checked the reviews. Do not order from this Dominos for delivery !!! The order took almost 2 hours to come and it coarse it was cold at that point when I called to complain they said they only had 3 delivery drivers and the turned off there tracking so when could figure out if it was delivered. Ridiculous to say the lease . The pasta has absolutely no sauce on it which was noddles and meat.

I placed an order at Domino's Pizza at 9:00 PM, waited until 10:48 PM to call for an update, and was told that I never placed an order even though my card was charged. when I tried to explain my situation, they put me on hold and never picked up again after I called back, such a disgusting experience with terrible customer service and what feels like outright theft."I want my money back if your not going to give me my food!"

Ordered two pizza’s one with extra original tomato sauce. Both pies had no tomato sauce at all, and barely any cheese. Very disappointed. On 10-12-24 ordered buffalo pizza. Received pizza w just chicken. Spent 15 min on hold no answer. Had to drive down and wait for almost 30 min for them to make me a new buffalo chicken pizza. Will not be reordering that specialty pizza.
