Domino's Pizza

Big shout-out to Breanna! This was my first time ever ordering from this location. I am out of town on a business trip with a co-worker. Pulled up the Domino's app from the hotel and order a couple sandwiches and drinks for us. As soon as the app says the order has been placed, my phone rings. It's Domino's. It's Breanna. She informed me that they can't deliver at this time, because her only delivery driver just called in with a medical emergency. She's apologizing, offering to refund the purchase if need be. Turns out, her store is right across the highway. We're like, we can come and get it, and we hope you're driver is okay. She says she can have our order ready in about 12 minutes. Tried to redeem a free large pizza coupon we received from management for a previous delivery order being so late. We were told we had to pick up, even though that was not mentioned anywhere on the coupon. The store manager made a comment about people stealing from her, basically calling us thieves and told us dont bother calling corporate because its her store and she makes the decisions for her store. I never called to complain about my late delivery order and got the coupon by surprise and I thought that was super nice and professional. Boy was I wrong. That manager was rude, loud, and nasty. Had a much better experience with the Carmel location and will never be returning to the westfield location for any reason and will definitely share my experience.

Their driver Michael is amazing and deserves a raise! He was awesome with finding us even though the apps auto location finder put the wrong address (it wasn’t my house so I didn’t know) and he was so polite. He had to come twice because our order was messed up and he was to grateful for the tips and gracious and talkative and awesome! He earned them 5 stars when I would’ve given 2 or 3 stars. We ordered some wings, garlic knots and 2 large pizzas. You can see in the first photos that our wings came barely drizzled with sauce and the garlic knots were very bare ( no taste). We called to complain and they corrected the issue right away. Travice the GM did his best to help and corrected the wings and garlic knots. Ordered a small pizza and cinnamon bites. This location went above and beyond. Exactly what I was hoping for, and elevated it even further. After a series of rough moments today, a small act of kindness has helped end the day on a positive note. I will be changing our Friday Night Pizza Night to Domino’s from now on. Kudos to the entire staff working 11/3/25 at 10:30pm.

While staying in a hotel for work, 1 mile away from the restaurant, placed an order for delivery. First off the person answering the phone got the order completely wrong, gets manager on phone and after 5 minutes we get the order corrected and then she proceeds to tell me that being Domino’s hasn’t updated their system, they’re unable to deliver, the restaurant is literally 1 mile away and even the manager agrees that it’s ridiculous. With the amount of people that come through this hotel I can’t even imagine how much money they’re losing with all the baseball tournaments and people in town for business can’t order something to be delivered.
