Domino's Pizza

I am writing to formally complain about an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience at one of your Domino’s locations. I placed an online order that took over 40 minutes. When my order was ready, it was mistakenly handed to another customer, who took my entire order out to their car. A Domino’s employee then ran outside to retrieve the order from that customer and handed it back to me. Due to obvious food safety concerns, I requested either a refund or a freshly remade order, as I had no way of knowing what happened to the food while it was out of the store. This request was denied, and I was told, “No, mistakes happen.” When I asked why the associate (identified as Kyle) did not check the last name on the order, the situation escalated. This is usually my go to dominoes and the food there is usually good. Today 3/6 i went and ordered just a pizza. I went and stood in the corner to make my friends laugh and the guy working there said "hey i saw that" i said "what?" And all he did was stare at me and made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable before telling me i needed to leave before he called the cops.

Excellent service! Great pizza! Done very timely manner, and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this location. Last time I went to one on 120th and Sheridan and exactly the opposite. My pizza would’ve been ready 30 minutes after the original time. Location definitely makes a difference

We were planning on dinning in. Spent 10 minutes trying to order, because person at the counter didn't know menu or pricing. Then, after we paid they said it would be over 20 minute wait for one pizza. We asked for access to the bathroom marked as a publicp to wash our hands and my friend is a senior citizen.

The food was delicious. the delivery driver however is a piece of work. I am fairly certain I put a tip on the order when placing, he calls me 3 times and the first words out of his mouth were “no tip tonight?” I reply saying I thought I had entered an amount for the tip. He responds saying no but if I tell him how much I want to tip he’ll fill it in for me on the receipt. I’m sorry? I tell him once he arrives I’ll fill it in myself, but once he arrives there’s no receipt for me to fill in tip amount. I’ll be watching my credit card and calling if anything looks off
