Domino's Pizza

I ordered the 2-pizza deal and 16 boneless chicken wings. I ordered in-store, but I didn't check my order before leaving. The food was for my daughter's birthday dinner. I had to drive ro Chicago, got caught in traffic, had to stop at store before getting to my daughters house. When I started to set up the food, I noticed 12 instead of 16 boneless wings. I called the store and the girl who answered the phone asked me " oh, so you just now calling? I replied with are you calling me a liar? Then she said that she had to speak with her manager. She then returned to the phone and said that it had been too long since I picked up my order and unfortunately they couldn't do anything. Lovely Domino’s location! A young woman there named Adrianna exhibited stellar leadership and and consistently communicated with us (customers) as we walked in to update us on how long our wait would be which we all appreciated. It was a snowy night and we all were probably starving so an estimate was super helpful. Seeing her help us, actively help her team manage situations with customers on the phone, and train a fellow employee was impressive. Shout out to her and this location for lovely customer service and delicious food that my partner and I devoured!

How about making sure your card machines work in 2025? Who is carrying cash? And then I can't have my food because your machine doesn't work and the employee has no idea what to do, no alternative other than "uhm cash." Beyond ridiculous. Have a policy or something. How are you guys running a business unable to take payments? Just one of the myriad of issues I've had with this specific location, and domino's in general, in the last month or so. Are the employees even trained? Just hapless, zero problem solving capability. Website doesn't work so I have to come in. Card machine doesn't work so I guess I'll just eat elsewhere. Thankfully there are competent alternatives in the surrounding area.

Domino's Pizza used to be one of my families and I favorite pizza place, but now it's one of the worst. Horrible customer service, horrible food that tastes fake and disgusting, the chicken is inedible and rubbery and there's horrible lazy workers with one disgusting worker who is short 5'4, white male with dark hair who was coughing all over my daughter's food as he was preparing it, then one time when I ordered delivery the driver Thomas insisted that I tipped him and when I wouldn't he got angry and kicked my daughter's food which I ordered to have left at my door. And another time texted me saying "Thanks for not tipping" like it's mandatory and not optional. Every time we have ordered from this one as it’s local to us, the pizza is always dry and they never add extra cheese as requested. It looks like they took these out of a back room where they store ones that were never picked up just to sell them back to people.
