Domino's Pizza

Love dominos and deals are good. Never had an issue until recent order. Ordered Medium pizzas but they were sliced for a xsmall pizza? Like what’s going on with these slices. Lmao Used a hand for reference on how small these slices were.

I ordered delivery online. Gave specific instructions where to leave the food. When I tried to track the order the website said it didn’t exist. When I called they told me the same thing. I gave the order number and they finally found me. Said it was delivered. So I went looking because I never got a confirmation. Found it outside in 27 degree weather. My food was cold and the pasta wasn’t even in the bread bowl anymore. Tried calling was put on hold for 10 minutes. Called back was put on hold again. Tried to find corporate information and it’s impossible to make a complaint to anyone but the workers and they don’t care they just laugh at you. The employee was rude on the phone. She has an attitude. And it was like she didn't want to take the order. I was to have a free pizza because they had messed up my order and I called today to get my free pizza and I was told that there wasn't one for me. So when they mess up on the order and you talk to a manager. By the time you hang up your food don't get fixed.

I’ve always loved Domino’s, but the food hasn’t been great lately. The pizza seems overcooked not enough tomato sauce, skimping on the toppings. This they don’t thoroughly cut the pizza.

Update: 1 year later, I am still having problems with my orders. 2 times in a row I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza no onion. And when I received it, it was a chicken and cheese pizza no buffalo sauce. Every time I order I pray my food will be right. I have had many issues with this location. They don’t know how to properly cut pizza, this recent time they didn’t cut my pizza all the way and they forgot my sauces. One time I got my pizza and the box was smooshed.
