Donatos Pizza

I am extremely disappointed with the pizzas I received saturday night. They did not represent the Donatos high quality standards. Instead of the sauce being evenly spread throughout the entire pizza who ever made it pushed the ladle too hard onto the dough and pushed all the sauce towards the edge. Neither pizza had edge to edge toppings and the bake was too dark. The ranch on the hot chicken was not evenly squeezed on top. There were large globs on the sides and the hot chicken itself seemed to have been the bottem of the pan that was prepped Friday morning. Only the center of the cheese pizza had shake on it. The promise time was not correct as well. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any of the Donatos locations.

Really bad pizza, undercooked and weird tasting dough. Thin crust is supposed to be crispy. This was not. Don’t serve raw dough. UPDATE: I submitted feedback as requested by the store but heard nothing back. Thanks for further wasting my time.

Extremely disappointed with the food delivered to me today. Ordered a half order of the cinnamon bread and it arrived burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock, you can’t even tell what it is. I don’t understand how anyone would think it was acceptable to serve this to a paying customer. Will not be ordering from this location again.

We ordered Big Dons with Italian dressing on the side so they wouldn't be a soggy mess by the time I got home. The order was repeated back correctly (dressing on the side) and instructions weren't followed. Plan was to save 1/2 of one of them for tomorrow but it will a soggier mess by then. Check your carryout before you leave!

I had to opportunity to go into this location last week. I was going to order a Big Don. I looked at the menu and when I ordered the price rang up almost $2.00 higher than the menu. I asked why and the clerk said they have to follow the computer and not the menu. He said the owner was "too tight" to buy new menus so that was the reason the price varied. I told him he had an obligation to honor the menu price and he appeared to not know what to do. I've been in that store before and saw patrons with issues. One time I asked for a little additional dressing and the clerk simply ignored me. This location is totally different from the one near Milford. I won't go back. The employee that waited on me had no idea of the prices on the menu.
