Donatos Pizza

MacKenzie was excellent! Very friendly. And very knowledgeable about the job as I witnessed her training new hire Michael. He did a great job as well.

I ordered at the pick up window for convenience, brought my kid with me too. We sat at the window for a while. No one came! We had to go inside and still no one was there. They need a bell if they're going to hide away and not help customers.

I haven't had Donatos in 20 years. Picked up a marichi chicken pizza last night. It was great! And it tasted the same as it did when I was a child. Also appreciate that whoever made the pie put extra cheese on it. And Mckenzie was super nice. Overall good vibes and food! Thanks! Will be back.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for delivery. The price wasn’t awful but now I can see why. I actually received what I truly believe to be a frozen pizza. It was tasteless at best. Every bite was a complete mouthful of sauce, and the crust actually parted from a slice when I went to grab it. The cheese they brazenly spread became a rubbery mess once room temperature, and the dough was undercooked and somewhat raw in some places. They sprinkle some seasoning overtop to compensate for the lack of a decent taste. They claim the pizza is loaded “edge to edge” and that was definitely not the case, with just 2-3 pieces per slice. I’ll show what photo was used to advertise and what was received. I would not recommend this pizza, it was an awful experience overall, and I won’t be eating here again.

I had the privilege of being served by Michael. Though he is relatively "new", I will say, and not being "presumptuous", I am sure he will go a long way. Oh, and the food was not only good, but what a great value. Thank you. (Tell Michael, Barry said "HI")
