Worst pizza I’ve ever had at a Donatos and I’ve been eating Donatos pizza for 40 years. It ordered at about 11 and pick it up at 11:30. Large pepperoni and extra cheese. The dough was floppy. I would say there’s probably 20 piece pieces of pepperoni in the entire 14 inch Pizza. They put the extra cheese on top of the pepperoni. Why I don’t know? To maybe hide it the fact that they only has 20 pieces on the whole pizza. It was split for three people and the pictures will show how much was still left after we had a couple of pieces put on our plate. I threw mine away. I just couldn’t eat it. It was disgusting and even the sauce was off. No one went back for seconds that’s for sure. I’m calling for a refund. I don’t want store credit or another pizza. I won’t be back.

This location deserves 5 stars. The food is delicious and customer service was exceptional. I had a small issue with my cc and spoke to Chase Allen which gave me super Exceptional service and highly profesional in his job. Thanks for resolving my issue quick and efficiently! Highly recommend this location.

We stopped eating at Broadway Donatos because the bottom of the pizza was always too black. What we considered burned. After years away, we gave this location a shot. The pizza was great! It was baked perfectly! Keep it up!

I ordered the veggie Cauliflower pizza and added Sausage and Pepperoni, it was delicious! The gentleman that placed my order was exceptionally nice and I really appreciated his customer service appeal! I definitely will be returning for more Pizza! 🍕😀
